Fortunately, there’s a way to perform the inverse of this process: Rebirth. At the end of each Season, Seasonal characters automatically become non-Seasonal characters. Meanwhile, non-Seasonal characters enjoy the base game and that’s it. Of course, Seasonal characters enjoy all the Seasonal content, like the Season Journey and new mechanics, like Season 28’s Altar of Rites. Since Seasons were introduced, players created either a Seasonal on non-Seasonal character. During the Season, the character will behave like a new one but you will maintain the old character records.Diablo 3′s introduction of Seasons created a divide between player characters.Rebirth allows you to start a new Season by starting over with one of your existing characters.All that needs to be done is to simply fight monsters and complete quests with a hero already at lvl 70.Īfter the season ends, all of the player’s progress (Paragon experience, crafting recipes, items, gold, etc.) will be rolled into the main roster, and the season-exclusive items are added to the normal loot tables. Players can now earn as many Paragon levels as they can, provided they contribute time. Paragon Points earned in a Season do not carry over to non-Season. Do Paragon levels carry over from seasons? To unlock the ability to use Rebirth save files, players must complete a new quest. Rebirth essentially gives new builds a “head start” in maxing out a build. In NBA 2K22, the “Rebirth” reward makes a return to the franchise – albeit with some changes – and has been re-branded as a Quest. If you wish to play in a Season but don’t want to create a new character, the Rebirth option allows you to transfer an existing character to the current Season.
